This Trigonostoma pouwi shell is from the Miocene of The Netherlands. This animal lived approximately 15 million years ago. Other Trigonostoma still live today in warmer marine climates We know that Trigonostoma pouwi lived with many kinds sharks, fish , other gastropods and bivalves as they can be found at the same location.
